The Paddlewheel

Upon entering we were greeted with a friendly welcome and directed to the tasting bar. Madison was our gracious and informative hostess.

Great menu, good service and we felt safe with the covid. Really recommend if on the landing!

We had reservations, and even though we had umbrellas, we walked in rather soaked. However, we were sat and our waitress quickly gave us cornbread that was delicious

Our service was awful. At the beginning they were attentive and as soon as the band starts they disappear and you have to go track them down. This was the second time that’s happened. I don’t know if we will be back and it’s a shame because I like the place and my best friends band plays there.

Food is not good. It’s awful. Thought it would be Nice to sit on water but mosquitos out. Loud music but not live. Service awful. Told waitress food was awful. They did nothing! Aftertaste and bland!

Thos place was a bust. Otdered unsweet tea got sweet,ordered salad got no salad ordered honey mustard ,ketsup that was a no also.  Karake was a bust big tome. Never go back!

Terrible service

Lousy management as they hire thugs as the front door staff. I would highly recommend you not choose this establishment.  There are many other great places in the area to patronize.

Why don’t restaurants like the Paddlewheel update their websites. The website on the paddle wheel shows open Tuesday & Wednesday 4pm-11pm. NOT, I called and they are not open on Tuesday, can you please tell people this on your website so they don’t drive there wasting time and gas.  The other issue is all restaurants in the Branson area show menu prices from 2 years ago then when you get there it’s almost doubled in price, this is false advertising.  I know there can’t be that many lazy restaurant owners, UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE or I will walk out.  It’s a classic bait and switch trick. My suggestion is to stop going out to eat until they start hurting financially until they start playing fair or go out of business.
